Yes. The mobile app is built offline-first. Site engineers can submit DPRs, log attendance, and update material records without a network connection. All data syncs automatically as soon as the device gets internet — even a 2G connection is enough.
Yes. Every transaction is tagged with the applicable VAT rate (13%) or TDS rate (1.5% or 15% as appropriate). The ledger export is formatted to match IRD's standard submission format, so your accountant can file directly without reformatting.
Most teams are up and running within two days. That includes adding your site details, configuring the material register, importing your existing worker roster, and a short onboarding call with our team. We handle migrations from spreadsheets at no extra cost.
Yes, natively. All reports, DPRs, and ledger entries display in Bikram Sambat by default. You can toggle to Gregorian for reports shared with international clients or investors. Both calendars are always available side-by-side in the settings.
Absolutely. The Professional plan supports up to five concurrent sites with a unified portfolio view. Each site has its own data, users, and financials, but you can view and compare them all from a single dashboard. Enterprise plans have no site limits.
Your data is yours. When you cancel, you'll receive a complete export of all your records — DPRs, attendance, financials, and material logs — in standard formats (CSV, PDF). We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
